Mike Campbell
Mike Campbell just released his new book, HEARTBREAKER.
My wife is a huge fan of anything that has anything to do with Tom Petty. Our local library had a copy and she checked it out Tuesday. She finished it today, Sunday.
She loved it!

Re: Mike Campbell
thanks for the heads up. I ordered it—great reviews.
A banjo, like a pet monkey, seems like a good idea at first.

My wife has some relatives who are named Campbell; so, she always refers to Mike as "Cousin Mike"!

Mike Campbell may be my favorite rock n roll guitar player. I love the feeling that I get from listening to him play. He doesn't go for flash or lots of notes.

Re: Mike Campbell
Excellent book, I have a new perspective on TP and Heartbreakers. Mike Campbell always been one of my favorite guitarists now I have a new respect of him as a person as well. Always interesting how kids just kind of randomly meet up form a band and sometimes make the big time.
