I scratch built this from a mesquite tree that blew down on my property.
I figured with all the different tunings steel players use, it would be awesome to have a guitar that you could change tunings at the turn of the knob.
I built the whole thing in a couple weeks and turned out awesome. Beginner's luck! Seriously, I was lucky the electronics worked out first try.
24.5" scale, mesquite body, Georgeboards roller nut and fretboard, Line 6 Shuriken electronics and bridge.
Here's a few pics and a quick video showing how it changes tunings and models with just a a knob, if it allows me.

Stevie that looks great for the first time build!
what a great way to repurpose a fallen tree.
are you going to build more?
Bryan.
