Probably because the Jacksons have recovered the Sho~Bud name and I'm guessing they have merged it all together.

In 2024, Dawn Jackson and her brother Will Jackson reacquired the Sho-Bud name from Gretsch and their goal is to revive its legacy and expand its reach to a new generation of musicians, after previously working under Jackson Steel Guitar Company. The main website is www.shobud.com
